Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • International destinations 

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.


Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers depending on destination, parcel size, and service level:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • DPD

Carrier selection is automatic and cannot be changed after checkout.

  • Must be paid upon delivery if required

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Reshipping costs (if applicable) will be charged to the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels
