At Mazoo Outlet, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Sale or Final Sale
- Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Face masks (unless faulty)
- Exclusive / limited edition items (if applicable)
Footwear & Accessories
- Must be returned with original box and packaging
- Shoes must be tried indoors only
- Do not damage soles or packaging
Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, Mazoo Outlet will cover return shipping costs
- For change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
- We recommend using reliable couriers such as
FedEx or
DHL
Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a return
- Ship the item to the provided return address
- Once received, the item will be inspected
- If approved, your refund will be processed
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank
Important Notes
- Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted
- Mazoo Outlet is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
- Ensure items are securely packaged before return
- Customs duties and taxes (if any) are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue on priority.
