Return & Refund Policy – Mazoo Outlet

At Mazoo Outlet, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Sale or Final Sale
  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Face masks (unless faulty)
  • Exclusive / limited edition items (if applicable)

Footwear & Accessories

  • Must be returned with original box and packaging
  • Shoes must be tried indoors only
  • Do not damage soles or packaging

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, Mazoo Outlet will cover return shipping costs
  • For change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • We recommend using reliable couriers such as
    FedEx or
    DHL

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return
  2. Ship the item to the provided return address
  3. Once received, the item will be inspected
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

Important Notes

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted
  • Mazoo Outlet is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
  • Ensure items are securely packaged before return
  • Customs duties and taxes (if any) are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue on priority.
